I implement the DESTRESS Protocol™ (Diet, Exercise, Stress, Toxins, Rest, Emotions, Supplement, Success Mindset). This method was developed by the world-renowned Dr. Stephen Cabral, a Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy with post-doctoral specializations in Ayurvedic, Integrative Health and Functional Medicine.
